We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Mobile Publishing Manager to join the Multiplayer team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage marketing budgets & campaigns with a great team.
• Manage and monitor our major user acquisition channels. Maximize reach while optimizing CPIs to bring in gamers with the highest LTVs. Work in conjunction with our internal team and our UA partners to achieve these results.
• Work closely with the creative team/agencies to create the best-performing ads in multiple marketing channels.
• Focus on maximizing revenues by implementing innovative monetization techniques and driving engagement.
• Increase and maintain ad monetization performance by working closely with our monetization partners to optimize their performances and build a successful ad mediation setup with our mediation partner.
• Implement new monetization methods where necessary and define systems/processes to collect and evaluate relevant data with the data analysis team.
• Analyze user acquisition, monetization, and game data with our Data Analyst to find opportunities to maximize game usage, scale, and ROI.
• Recommend/drive changes and experiments (A/B tests, etc.) on various user sets to enhance performance.

Requirements:

• Excellent English-speaking written and verbal communication skills
• Solid experience in leading mobile app production
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Ability to plan ahead, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to lead partnerships with cross-functional disciplines
• Passion for creating innovative, fun, and compelling games
